Eligibility for Returns

Most new, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional events or marked as sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Aurora's Closet.

Original shipping fees, customs charges, duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect or defective item.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system quickly and cannot be cancelled or modified before shipment.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.

Size Selection

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Aurora's Closet cannot guarantee exchanges or refunds for orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of selecting one and returning the others.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after reviewing the issue.
